NEW:Texas High School Credit By Examination
For Texas middle school and high school students preparing for Japanese I or Japanese II Credit by Exam.
If your student is interested in Japanese, Credit by Exam may be a way to turn that interest into possible school language credit. I help students prepare through structured private lessons focused on the skills they will need: reading, writing, listening, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, and exam-style communication practice.
This service is a good fit for:
-
Students preparing for Japanese I or Japanese II Credit by Exam
-
Students who have self-studied Japanese but need structure
-
Homeschool or private-school students looking into language credit options
-
Students who enjoy anime, games, travel, or Japanese culture and want Japanese to count academically
-
Students who need help building confidence before testing
The first lesson is used as a readiness check. I review the student’s kana, vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, speaking, and writing ability, then give the family a realistic recommendation for continued preparation.
Important: Families should confirm Credit by Exam eligibility, deadlines, registration, and credit approval with their school counselor or school district. Simple Gaijin provides Japanese preparation only. Final credit decisions are made by the student’s school or district.
