Hokkaido Earthquake - My Thoughts

It's no secret that I have no love towards Hokkaido, especially after what happened to me in JET.

But when I woke up this morning and saw on FOX News about the earthquake that hit near the Chitose-Atsuma area, I couldn't help but feel a little sad for the people out in that area. With Hokkaido being one of the poorest prefectures in all of Japan, this certainly won't help their local economy or help with tourism for the short term.

Nonetheless, it gives me another reason to never go back to Hokkaido again.
